We are looking for an experienced Client Services Administrator to join our Aspley Office. Working closely with our accountants, Managers and Partners, you will play an important role in coordinating client work, managing deadlines and ensuring our team and clients receive high-quality support.
This is a diverse role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things organised and taking ownership of getting things done.
The role involves -
- Coordinating client work and assisting with workflow and scheduling
- Monitoring lodgement, payment and other key client deadlines
- Preparing and collating client documents, information requests and engagement documentation
- Liaising with clients, the ATO, ASIC and other external parties
- Assisting with company, trust and superannuation fund registrations and corporate compliance
- Processing lodgements including tax returns, BAS and IAS
- Following up outstanding client information and documentation
- Assisting with billing, WIP and debtor administration
- Supporting client onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintaining accurate client records and workflow information across our systems
About you - We are looking for someone who brings:
- Initiative and drive to deliver great outcomes for our clients and team
- Strong client service skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise workflow and meet deadlines
- Reliability, integrity and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
- Confidence learning and adopting new processes and technology
- Experience with Microsoft Office and accounting or practice management software would be advantageous, particularly FYI Docs,
NowInfinity, MYOB/GreatSoft, ATOmate, Class, Infotrack and Annature
