Client/Account Directors... you’ve built the network, now imagine getting paid properly for what it’s worth.

I’m working on a exciting Client/Account Director opportunity in Sydney for someone who already has strong relationships across Banking, Transformation & Technology.

You’ll be joining an 8-month-old, high-growth technology business at ground level, with the mandate to bring in major enterprise clients, secure MSAs and build a $3M+ annual revenue portfolio.

The commercial model is VERY rewarding:

7.5% of margin generated from every new MSA client you win in year one

2.5% trailing commission in year two

Top market base salary negotiable around you, not a rigid salary band

What you'll actually be doing:

- Winning new enterprise clients and MSAs
- Leveraging your existing Sydney network to open doors




- Building relationships with senior decision-makers
- Identifying and converting T&M; project staffing opportunities
- Growing the accounts you win into significant recurring revenue
- Working closely with delivery to execute projects and identify further opportunities

They're looking for someone who has already proven they can win. someone with an established Sydney network, an active book of relationships and the commercial confidence to sit across the table from senior banking and transformation leaders.

This is not a “maintain the account” Account Director role. You're being brought in to build the account base.

And with a $3M revenue target, the upside is substantial.
