About the Role The Client Service Coordinator/Administrator will be responsible for undertaking tax administration processes (collations, NOAs, lodgements, etc) and providing administrative support to the Business Advisory and Shared Services teams. As a key member of the Shared Services team, you will be the go-to person for reception relief, providing overflow support to the Executive Assistants including Corporate Secretarial duties, client database maintenance, and speaking to the ATO/ASIC as required. - Minimum 12 months experience in a public practice/accounting firm environment with an interest in building a career in business administration;
- Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset;
- Familiarity with tax administration processes and dealing with the ATO;
- Experience in a front of house/Reception role (answering and directing calls, greeting clients, etc) advantageous;
- A positive, can-do, and hard-working attitude;
- Great organisational and time management skills;
- Strong communicator who can express themselves confidently in writing and verbally;
- Tech-savvy and able to pick up recent systems quickly (APS, ATO Portal, cloud accounting systems beneficial);
- Experienced in MS Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Successful candidates will be required to complete an online general ability assessment and National Police Check.
