Command51 is looking for a results-driven Client Solutions Manager based in Newcastle & Mid North Coast NSW to join our growing team. Command51 is a privately owned national commercial cleaning and grounds maintenance business.

About the role

As a Client Solutions Manager, you'll play a key role in accelerating our growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing untapped markets, and strengthening relationships with key clients in Western Australia.

Up to $100,000 base salary + Uncapped commission + Super

Company car, laptop, phone provided

38 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, 9-5pm

- Identify and secure current business opportunities within different sectors
- Establish and manage key client relationships
- Maintain up-to-date sales activity records in our bespoke CRM




- Build a strong pipeline and provide regular performance reports to Directors and the Head of Client Solutions
- Prepare costings, quotes, EOIs, proposals, RFT documents and all new site documentationaccurately
- Workclosely with the Operations Team to ensure smooth transitions of new clients

About you The successful candidate must have full and unrestricted Australian work rights and driving licence.

- Proven experience in business development, client management or a similar role, ideally within the service industry.
- Skilled in writing, estimating, and presenting service proposals and tenders
- Tech-savvy with strong CRM and reporting skills
- A natural communicator - verbal and written
- Highly organised, self-motivated and driven by targets
- Hold, or ability to successfully obtain a Working with Children Clearance for NSW and Police Check
