About the role
Full time permanent position based in Mudgeeraba, QLD. Monday to Friday 7.30am - 3.36pm. We'd also consider 0.9 as an option. Reporting directly to the Team Leader Client Services, you will be responsible for:
- Creating, updating, and distributing staff rosters, ensuring appropriate coverage, continuity of care, and compliance with workforce requirements
- Acting as the first point of contact for client enquiries and coordinating schedule changes
- Managing schedules for client services and activities, including transport arrangements, vehicle bookings, and route planning
- Coordinating team activities such as training, supervision, and meetings
- Preparing reports, correspondence, and compliance documentation to support service delivery, audits, and accreditation processes
- Liaising with stakeholders to support invoicing, payment processes, and general administrative tasks as required.

About you To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
1. Demonstrated experience in scheduling and providing a broad range of administrative support using Microsoft Office Suite
2. Demonstrates inclusive behaviour, listens, acknowledges and values others
3. Works cooperatively with others; fostering teamwork and contributes to team decisions
4. Uses logic and problem-solving skills to understand and analyse issues and provide solutions
5. Provides service excellence by delivering client focused services with a person-centred approach, meeting client needs and expectations
6. Certificate III in Business Administration or Tertiary qualification in relevant field (highly regarded)
7. Experience with CRM databases (highly regarded).
