Clinical Support Officer

RFDS WA is seeking a Clinic Support Officer to join our Primary Health Care team on a fixed-term 6-month contract. This is a part-time position working 19 hours per week (0.5FTE).

Our Primary Health Care team delivers essential healthcare services to communities across regional and remote Western Australia. Working in partnership with clinicians, coordinators and leaders, the team is committed to providing accessible, high-quality healthcare that improves health outcomes for the communities we serve.

As a Clinic Support Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient delivery of primary health care services across RFDS WA. The position provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to clinical teams, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day delivery of healthcare services throughout the state.

About the role

- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to clinical teams, ensuring the smooth day-to-day delivery of primary health care services.
- Coordinate patient bookings, maintain accurate records, support rostering, and manage clinical stock, equipment and assets.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding equipment servicing and consumable orders
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, accreditation activities and the efficient operation of clinical support systems

About you

- Experience providing administrative support within a healthcare, medical or similar service setting.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional, consumer-focused approach.
- Confident using digital systems, with the ability to rapidly learn role-specific applications. Previous experience with AirMaestro,



Best Practice and Dental4Web will be highly regarded.
- Qualifications in Business, Health Administration or a related discipline will be highly regarded
