About the Role

- Has strong cocktail knowledge and can confidently prepare both classics and house creations.
- Delivers consistent, high-quality drinks and service.
- Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Brings energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

About You

- Previous experience in a premium or high-volume restaurant environment
- RSA certification (essential)
- Confident, professional, and guest-focused approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
