We're looking for a Communications Officer to join our team and support communications and engagement activity across Castles & Coasts and our digital transformation programme, Transform Together.
Working with colleagues across the organisation, you'll help plan and deliver communications that support organisational change, build understanding of our transformation programme and encourage meaningful engagement from residents, colleagues and stakeholders.
We're looking for someone who:
•Create compelling content and campaigns across a range of channels
•Support engagement activities, events and change initiatives
•Use insight and feedback to shape communications that make a real impact
•Work with project teams and subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear, engaging messages
•Brings creativity, initiative and a positive approach to their work
•Is confident building relationships and working collaboratively with a range of colleagues and stakeholders
•Can manage competing priorities and adapt their approach for different audiences and channels
•Takes ownership, spots opportunities for improvement and brings fresh ideas to the table
•Has a commitment to continuous improvement and developing their skills and expertise
