Randstad - Inhouse Services

Darwin River Dam

- Darwin Support Office
- 5wks annual leave + 17.5% loading + NFP Salary packaging >$15900/yr

Ditch the boring box-ticking. Help us tell the story of community impact! Are you a community services professional who understands that behind every compliance metric, audit report, and KPI, there is a real human story?

Randstad has proudly partnered with ALPA, one of Australia's largest Aboriginal-owned corporations, to recruit a Community Program Quality & Impact Officer.

We are looking for an approachable, easy-going communicator who can look at raw data, talk with our remote site teams, and craft explicit, engaging reports that explain the Why, When, How, and What of our service delivery to the National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA).

Why You'll Love This Role

- Salary Packaging: NFP packaging up to $15,900/year to boost your take-home pay.
- Time Off: 5 weeks annual leave + 17.5% leave loading.
- Purpose: Direct opportunity to empower First Nations people and support remote community development.

What You'll Actually Be Doing You won't just be sitting behind a spreadsheet-you are the bridge between frontline community work and funding compliance:

- Tell the Story: Turn operational data, engagement stories, and site outcomes into clear, meaningful weekly and monthly reports for the NIAA.
- Support & Coach: Build trusted, easy-going relationships with remote site teams.

Provide warm contract guidance and straightforward tools so they feel supported, not audited.
- Quality & Audits: Monitor service delivery against program guidelines, conduct light internal reviews, and spot opportunities to improve community outcomes.
- Data & AI Innovation: Utilise Microsoft tools and AI writing assistants to draft engaging training materials, impact stories, and community updates.

Who You Are

- Community Services Foundation: Background or degree in social, human, health, or community services (or equivalent lived/work experience).
- Storyteller with an Eye for Detail: Ability to explain the Why, When, How, and What through written reports and qualitative evidence collection.
- Approachable & Relatable: Down-to-earth personality who builds genuine trust with remote Indigenous site teams, Elders, and community members.
- Tech & Systems Capable: Comfortable using data systems (like ECSN/ESS) and leveraging tech/AI tools to make reporting smoother.

Ready to apply? If you're ready to combine your passion for community work with clear, high-quality program reporting, we'd love to have a chat!
