Role Description The Compliance Officer / Risk Analyst will support the organization in maintaining robust compliance practices and managing risk within solar lead generation and referral activities. This part-time remote role involves monitoring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards related to data handling, consumer protection, and financial practices. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing lead qualification procedures, assessing potential compliance and operational risks, performing data and trend analysis, and recommending corrective or preventive actions.

The role also includes drafting and updating compliance guidelines, collaborating with leadership and operations teams to implement risk mitigation strategies, and preparing concise reports on compliance status and key risk indicators. The successful candidate will help ensure that all leads and related processes meet legal, regulatory, and contractual expectations while supporting sustainable business growth.

- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Finance, including basic understanding of cost-per-acquisition metrics, revenue impact, and financial risk considerations.
- Relevant qualifications include experience in compliance or risk roles (preferably in lead generation, marketing, or financial services), familiarity with US regulatory frameworks, strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work independently in a remote, part time environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field is beneficial; professional certifications in compliance or risk management are a plus.
