CPC Engineering is pleased to announce that we are expanding our Project Delivery team and are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager. This is a hands-on, senior leadership role suited to someone who thrives on the complexity and pace of a Greenfields processing plant.

The Role:

Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll be accountable for the overall delivery of the construction phase, leading a multidisciplinary project team and working closely with our Perth based engineering and procurement functions.

As Construction Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Championing HSE culture on site; ensuring compliance with site safety management plans and statutory requirements in conjunction with the HSE Superintendent
- Developing and maintaining the construction execution plan in conjunction with the Project Manager
- Managing and sequencing civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation (E&I;) works across the project.
- Managing and coordinating multiple construction contractors on site
- Overseeing site establishments, laydown areas, and construction facilities
- Chairing weekly/daily contractor coordination meetings
- Reviewing and approving contractor work methods, ITPs and construction procedures




- Monitoring construction progress against schedule and budget, reporting variances to the Project Manager
- Reviewing and endorsing contractor progress claims and variations
- Supporting forecasting of construction costs, including labour and contractors

What you will bring to the role:

- Extensive technical Construction Management experience on mineral processing projects
- Proven experience delivering lump sum and EPCM Projects, with a solid understanding of contract and commercial management
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across client, contractor and internal teams
- A genuine commitment to safety leadership.
