ConnellGriffin was established in 2013 to create an independent employee-owned consulting business of highly skilled professional staff specialising in commercial advisory services. Over the years we have rapidly broadened our offering in the services we provide and the sectors we work within.

ConnellGriffin offers a diverse team of advisors, all are qualified professionals who have delivered complex infrastructure projects as engineers, advisors, contractors, lawyers and commercial managers. This combination of technical knowledge and commercial expertise enables our advisors to provide best-practice advisory services and reliable commercial advice, founded on practical experience gained through our work directly delivering projects.

We are a leader in Australian infrastructure advisory services and currently employ over 160 staff across Australia, from project development through procurement, delivery, and operations, to dispute avoidance and resolution, we provide guidance across every stage of the project lifecycle.

Overview

ConnellGriffin is seeking applications from exceptional students who are curious and interested in infrastructure and consulting to join our Undergraduate Program. Our program provides students with the opportunity to gain invaluable,



hands-on experience working directly with our advisors on some of the most high profile infrastructure projects in Australia.

The Undergraduate Program

ConnellGriffin is offering limited positions for its Undergraduate Program that will run on a full-time basis over the summer university vacation period.

As a valued member of the ConnellGriffin team, we will provide you with rewarding and challenging work on a variety of different projects and service lines, tailored consulting skills training, and feedback and mentoring to support your career development as a future advisor in the infrastructure sector.

In addition to the rigorous learning experience on offer, you will have the opportunity to attend our social and company networking events, and participate in our company wide health and wellbeing initiatives.

We anticipate that high performance in the Undergraduate Program will position you well for a return to ConnellGriffin as a consultant following your graduation.

Skills and Experiences

Who We Are Interested In

We are looking for students in their penultimate or final year, who are keen to learn and contribute to a team. Our preference is for undergraduate students with STEM, commerce, law, project management or construction management backgrounds. To be successful in your application, you should demonstrate proficient problem solving skills, critical thinking, curiosity and an ability to be a solid team player who can work independently.
