We are currently on the search for a full-time Content Creator to join our Sydney team!

We work closely with talent, brands, production companies, casting professionals and creative teams across Australia and maintain a strong digital presence to promote our talent, services and brand.

About the Role - Content Creator The Content Creator is responsible for planning, producing and managing high-quality visual marketing content across digital and social platforms.

Working closely with the marketing team, the role combines content creation, photography, videography, editing and digital marketing to grow brand awareness, audience engagement and support lead generation and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create and publish visual marketing content across social media, websites, digital advertising and other online channels.
- Produce and edit professional photography, videography and short-form video content for marketing campaigns and brand promotion.
- Capture behind-the-scenes and promotional content during photoshoots, workshops, events and other business activities.
- Develop creative concepts and content aligned with marketing campaigns, brand strategy and commercial objectives.
- Maintain an organised library of photography, video and digital marketing assets.
- Monitor social media trends and content performance to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing,



photography and wider business teams to coordinate content production and promotional activities.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience The successful candidate will require:

- Demonstrated professional experience in digital content creation, social media marketing or a related content-focused role.
- Strong qualified photography and videography skills, including experience creating high-quality commercial, promotional and brand content.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Lightroom, Photoshop and Premiere Pro, or equivalent professional editing software.
- Experience creating and editing short-form video content for platforms including Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement, digital content best practices and platform-specific content requirements.
- Strong visual storytelling, creative concept development and attention to detail, with the ability to take content from concept through to final delivery.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with marketing, photography and creative teams.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or professional training in content creation, marketing, media, communications, photography, videography or a related discipline
