Part design brain, part brand builder, part storyteller.
About Us
Plenty Of is a tight-knit, Melbourne-based creative studio dedicated to hospitality and wellness. We work with some of the best names in the business — from iconic local favourites to destination restaurants, world-class chefs, and fast-growing wellness brands.
We do strategy, social, creative campaigns, and content — and we're known for our considered, on-brand work, thoughtful approach, and long-term relationships.
We’re growing — and looking for someone to grow with us.
About You
You’re a digital designer with a strategic edge. You love bringing ideas to life — in motion, in words, and across platforms. You’re probably someone who keeps folders of campaign ideas, fonts you love, and branding that made you stop scrolling. You know how to juggle projects, clients and timelines, and you understand how a brand moves across social, web, print and email.
You live and breathe hospitality. Whether it’s a neighbourhood wine bar or a fine-dining institution, you’ve got a deep appreciation for what goes into creating a excellent venue — and you’re excited by the idea of helping shape how people discover and experience it.
You don’t need micromanaging, but you do love collaboration. Most of all, you’re ready to take ownership of the creative you produce — and care deeply about doing the work well.
The Role
This is a hybrid creative role that blends design with strategy and campaign thinking. You’ll be working directly with our director and content team across our small portfolio of hospitality, food, and wellness clients — producing purposeful, beautiful and on-brand design work across campaigns, social, email, digital ads, decks, branding, and beyond.
You’ll also have the chance to shape ideas from the ground up — bringing strategic thinking into photoshoot briefs, content campaigns, tone of voice, and art direction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing campaign assets across social, email, digital and print (we care about craft)
- Writing campaign copy (adaptable and on-brand for each client)
- Building decks and proposals for client campaigns and brand projects
- Contributing to content planning and strategy across key accounts
- End to end account management
- Working with photographers and videographers to brief and art direct content shoots
- Storyboarding short-form video ideas (lo-fi & high-fi)
- Liaising with print and production suppliers for anything IRL
- Attending internal and client WIPs — and owning your projects in Monday.com
Tools You’ll Need
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign essential; After Effects a plus)
- Canva (for social templating)
- Google Drive, Monday, Dropbox (our daily stack)
- A solid understanding of EDM platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp etc.)
- Ideally some Squarespace knowledge for client content updates
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years experience in a digital / campaign / creative design role
- A strong folio with a mix of static and motion design (ideally in food or lifestyle)
- Experience working across social, brand and content-led campaigns
- Confidence writing short-form content (social captions, paid copy, email lines)
- An understanding of brand strategy, tone of voice and visual storytelling
- A deep understanding of the hospitality industry and a genuine passion for dining — you know what makes a venue special and how to communicate it visually
- The ability to move between clients and projects — and keep things on track
