As the Continuous Improvement Analyst, you'll help create lasting positive change across Super SA by empowering teams to identify opportunities, solve problems and improve the way services are delivered. Your work will drive efficiency, strengthen organisational capability, and contribute to better outcomes for members while supporting a culture where curiosity, collaboration and innovation thrive.
About The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join Super SA's Project Management Office and play a key role in building a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation. Working closely with leaders and teams, you'll facilitate improvement initiatives, apply Lean and continuous improvement methodologies, and help turn ideas into practical solutions that deliver measurable benefits. You'll analyse processes, uncover opportunities, support teams through change, and celebrate successes that inspire ongoing improvement.

Remuneration: ASO5 ($92,122 - $102,456 p.a) + 12% Super
About You
- A passion for improving how work gets done and a talent for turning challenges into practical, sustainable solutions
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to uncover root causes and identify opportunities for better outcomes
- Experience applying Continuous Improvement and Lean tools to simplify processes, reduce inefficiencies and support positive change.
- The ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with people at all levels to achieve shared goals.
- Confidence managing competing priorities, adapting to changing needs and delivering quality outcomes in a dynamic environment
- A customer-focused mindset and genuine commitment to delivering meaningful improvements that create value for others.
