The Opportunity

You'll join an experienced project team delivering one of Sydney's major commercial developments.

Depending on the project, you'll work alongside a Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Senior Contracts Administrator and other project professionals, giving you access to an enormous amount of construction and commercial knowledge.

You'll take genuine responsibility across the commercial delivery of your project while continuing to develop your contractual, financial and leadership capabilities.

The size and complexity of the projects will expose you to situations you simply don't experience working for smaller contractors.

You'll deal with sophisticated clients, consultants and subcontractors and develop an understanding of how major commercial projects are successfully managed from procurement through to final account.

About You





We're looking for an ambitious Contracts Administrator who enjoys construction and wants to test themselves in a high-performing project environment.

You'll ideally have

- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar
- Minimum 3 years' commercial construction experience
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Stable employment history
- Reliable references

You don't necessarily need to have worked on $100M projects previously. A strong grounding with a quality commercial builder, the ability to learn and the ambition to step into a more sophisticated construction environment are equally key.
