The Opportunity

You'll join an experienced project team delivering high-quality residential projects typically in the $10M - $30M range, with opportunities to progress onto larger and increasingly complex developments.

You'll work closely with experienced Project Managers and senior commercial professionals while taking genuine responsibility for the commercial administration of your projects.

Luxury residential construction demands an exceptional understanding of finishes, procurement, design, buildability and detail. You'll work with quality subcontractors and consultants while developing the commercial skills required to successfully deliver bespoke projects.

About You

We're looking for a Contracts Administrator who is ambitious, commercially capable and passionate about quality construction.

You'll ideally have

- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator
- Commercial or high-end residential construction experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Secure employment history




- Class 2 experience highly regarded
- Reliable references

You don't need to have spent your entire career in luxury residential. Whether your current projects are worth $5M or $50M is less important than your construction knowledge, attitude and desire to develop.
