Caffe Cherry Beans, Glenmore Park is looking for a Casual Cook.

Requirements for this role

- Flexible availability - one Weekend must.

- 1 year of relevant work experience in busy commercial kitchen

Must be available to work flexible roster Monday-Sunday from 7:00am-3:00pm.(kitchen closes at 2pm)

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items accurately and efficiently during service periods

- Maintain food presentation, portion control and quality standards

- Support menu consistency with recipes and procedures

- Assist with daily prep, stock rotation and ordering

- Ensure kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and protected food handling at all times

- Collaborate closely with front-of-house and management teams

Skills and experience

- Previous experience as a cafe or short-order cook (minimum 1 year preferred)

- Sound knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders at once

- Strong teamwork and communication skills

- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and mornings
