About the role

Riverina Belting Co Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Experienced,

Conveyor Belt Splicer to join our team in Echuca, VIC. As a Conveyor Belt Splicer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing the conveyor belts that are essential to agriculture, Mining, Quarring, Food Industries.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician to contribute to the success of our Trades & Services business. Experience is not essential, if you feel you have the potential to train up as a belt splicer.

What you'll be doing

1. Inspecting and assessing the condition of conveyor belts
2. Performing splicing and repairs on conveyor belts using specialised tools and techniques
3. Identifying and troubleshooting any issues with conveyor belt systems
4. Maintaining detailed records of all repair and maintenance work
5. Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
6. Collaborating with the wider team to ensure the smooth functioning of our operations

What we're looking for

1. Experience as a Conveyor Belt Splicer or Technician
2. Proficient in the use of conveyor belt splicing tools and equipment
3. Strong Mathematical and technical problem-solving skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5.



Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
