About the role

Lehem Brasserie is seeking an experienced and motivated Cook to join our team at our Kingscliff, NSW location.

Key responsibilities

- Preparing and cooking food according to recipes and established standards

- Preparing ingredients and ensuring consistent food quality and presentation

- Preparing café and bakery menu items

- Maintaining food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards

- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering

- Working efficiently within a busy kitchen and bakery environment

- Supporting the kitchen team with daily food preparation and service

About you

- Relevant cookery qualification or equivalent relevant experience
- minimum 2 years experience

- Previous experience working as a Cook in a commercial kitchen

- Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

- Reliable, organised and able to work effectively as part of a team
