We’re looking for a reliable, energetic and professional Cook / Kitchen Hand to join our fast-paced BOH team.

KEY DUTIES

- Assist with food preparation, cooking and plating
- Maintain clean, organised and hygienic workstations
- Wash dishes, kitchen equipment and utensils
- Support chefs during busy service periods
- Prepare ingredients and complete daily mise en place
- Follow food safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures
- Receive, store and rotate stock correctly
- Assist with kitchen opening and closing duties
- Work efficiently as part of the BOH team
- Maintain Kitchen’s quality, presentation and service standards

REQUIREMENTS
- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Fast, reliable and hardworking
- Robust teamwork and communication
- Able to work under pressure
- Good attention to cleanliness and detail
- Available for weekends and busy service periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, supports the team and wants to grow within a professional kitchen environment. Pay: $28.00 – $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
