New Pinnacle Pty Ltd operates two established hospitality venues in Tasmania, Amaranta Café Grill & Bar (Hobart CBD) and Bombay On The Beach (Blackmans Bay). Due to ongoing business demand, we are seeking an experienced Cook to join our team on a full-time basis.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a range of menu items to a high standard
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen operations
- Maintain consistency in quality, taste, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Monitor stock and assist with ordering and inventory
- Work across both venues as required

Skills & Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Cook




- Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of kitchen operations and food safety
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Salary $75,000 – $80,000 per annum + superannuation
