Lehem Bread House is seeking an experienced and motivated Cook to join our team.

Position: Cook

Employment: Full-time

Locations: Lehem Bread House – Ballina and Kingscliff, NSW

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per annum + superannuation

Key responsibilities:

- Preparing and cooking food according to recipes and established standards
- Preparing ingredients and ensuring consistent food quality and presentation
- Preparing café and bakery menu items
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering
- Working efficiently within a busy kitchen and bakery setting
- Supporting the kitchen team with daily food preparation and service

Skills and experience:

- Relevant cookery qualification or equivalent relevant experience




- Previous experience working as a Cook in a commercial kitchen minimum 2 years.
- Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organised and able to work effectively as part of a team
