Summary:

The Product Owner is a pivotal role within our IT team, responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals. This position requires effective communication of the product vision to team members and stakeholders, ensuring that the product roadmap is delivered successfully.

Owner will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed product expectations in a dynamic Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

- Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business goals and stakeholder feedback.

- Communicate the product vision and roadmap to the development team and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.





- Gather and analyze feedback from users and stakeholders to inform product decisions.

- Ensure that the product meets quality standards and user expectations.

- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions for improvements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (preferred).

- 1-3 years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile setting.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management principles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.
