Nova Legal is a specialist corporate law practice based in West Perth. Our Corporate & Commercial team is currently comprised of seven lawyers, led by two Directors, two Senior Associates, an Associate and two solicitors.

We advise ASX-listed companies, private clients and institutional investors across corporate transactions, equity capital markets and the resources and technology sectors - delivering commercially focused advice on matters that genuinely move the needle for our clients.

Nova Legal is seeking a lawyer with approximately 1-4 years’ PQE to join our Corporate & Commercial team.

You will be welcomed into our close-knit team and have the opportunity to work directly with our directors and senior lawyers on a variety of corporate and commercial transactions, including:

· Equity capital markets, including IPOs, RTOs and general capital raisings

· Mergers and acquisitions

· Private equity transactions

· Corporate governance

· General commercial transactions





This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to develop their corporate and commercial experience in a specialist practice, with exposure to compelling and varied matters and the opportunity to take increasing responsibility.

About You The ideal candidate will have:

· An Australian law degree and admission as an Australian lawyer

· 1-4 years’ post-admission experience

· Experience in corporate and/or commercial law

· Strong drafting, research and analytical skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· A willingness to learn and take ownership of matters

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

· A collaborative approach and genuine interest in being part of a close-knit team
