Exciting opportunity for CRM Application Lead to work with enterprise client. Role is to start asap until end of Feb 2027 with option to extend. Hybrid work model 2 days in office. Role can be based in Brisbane or Sydney.

Responsibilities:

- Accountability for overseeing management, deployment and ongoing support of Energetic 365 application
- Managing technical release readiness and cut over planning with vendors and key stakeholders
- Leading the delivery of enhancements
- Ensuring governance and complaince
- Working as conduit between vendors and stakeholders
- Maintaining accountability
- Challenging solutions when needed
- Managing vendor review against SLA's

- Experience leading application management of a critical application




- Experience with Dynamics 365
- Experience with MS Dynamics Sales module
- Experience with Power Platform
- Skills with Sharepoint nice to have
- Experience working with stakeholders and vendors
- Excellent communication skills
- Can challenge the status quo
- Hands on approach to understanding solution and driving business value
