FIFO Crushing & Screening Foreman

- 20:8 Roster | Day Shifts Only
- $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
- 12-hour shifts

WorkPac are seeking an experienced Crushing & Screening Foreman for a FIFO opportunity on a 20:8 roster, offering $65-$75 per hour. About Our Client Our client is a leading mining contractor providing crushing, screening and processing services across major mining operations throughout Western Australia. With a strong focus on safety, leadership and operational excellence, they are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead site teams and drive production outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing

- Supervising crushing and screening operations on site
- Leading and mentoring operators and production personnel
- Ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently
- Conducting pre-start meetings and coordinating daily work activities
- Monitoring plant performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Ensuring compliance with site safety procedures and company policies
- Liaising with site management and maintenance teams to minimise downtime

What You Will Need

- Australian Working Rights - Passport or Birth Certificate
- Current Driver's Licence
- Previous Crushing and Screening Foreman experience or demonstrated leadership experience within crushing operations




- Extensive crushing and screening operational knowledge
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
