What You’ll Do

- Client Engagement & Advisory: Serve as the primary, customer-facing consultant, translating business challenges into actionable BI dashboards and system specs.
- End-to-End Project Management: Scope, track, and manage client deployments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope,



and with explicit communication throughout.
- Solution Scoping & Mapping: Facilitate discovery workshops, map data workflows, and define KPI requirements for C-suite and operational stakeholders.
- AI Workflow Execution: Utilise internal AI tools to streamline documentation, project tracking, sprint planning, and client reporting.

What We’re Looking For

- Exceptional Communication: World-class verbal, written, and presentation skills—you can present complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven Project Management: Demonstrated success managing software, analytics, or client delivery projects with high client satisfaction.
- AI Literacy & Enthusiastic Adoption: Complete comfort using AI tools to boost your productivity and a genuine interest in AI-driven business intelligence.
- Analytical Acumen: Strong background in business analysis, SQL, data mapping, dashboard design logic, and business process modelling.
- Experience working with Tableau, Power BI or similar platforms.
