Role Description This full time remote Data Insights Analyst (Entry-Level) role at Cloud Master TI focuses on turning data into actionable recommendations for internal teams and stakeholders. The analyst will collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and performance indicators.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, supporting customer insight projects, preparing dashboards and reports, and validating data accuracy. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to clarify data requirements, presenting findings in clear visual and written formats, and helping improve processes based on insights. The analyst is expected to learn and apply new analytical tools, follow data governance practices, and contribute to an environment of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw logical conclusions.
- Experience or coursework in data analytics, including basic proficiency with spreadsheets,



data visualization tools, or introductory analytics software.
- Familiarity with market research methods and the ability to translate findings into customer insight and business implications.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data in accessible language to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
