About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Data Insights Analyst (Entry-Level) to join our growing team in Australia.

This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates, recent graduates, interns, and early-career professionals who are interested in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, data visualization, and data-driven decision-making.

The successful candidate will work with business, finance, operations, marketing, sales, and technology teams to analyse data, identify trends and patterns, prepare reports and dashboards, and provide insights that support business performance and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Analyse business and operational data to identify trends and patterns.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and data summaries.
- Monitor business KPIs and performance indicators.
- Develop basic data visualizations and analytical dashboards.
- Perform descriptive and exploratory data analysis.
- Identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, and anomalies.
- Assist with SQL queries and database analysis.
- Analyse customer, sales, financial, operational, or marketing data.
- Translate business questions into analytical tasks.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Support forecasting, trend analysis, and performance reporting.
- Conduct market and competitor research when required.




- Assist with data-driven process improvement and automation projects.
- Maintain accurate analytical documentation and reporting files.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
- Support senior analysts and business teams on analytical projects.
- Present findings in clear and understandable formats.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid or remote environment.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics,



Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Academic projects, internships, coursework, or personal data-analysis projects are advantageous.
- Experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, or similar tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence is beneficial.
