About the role The initial weeks of your employment will provide hands-on training across our packing and warehouse processes, giving you a strong understanding of our products, systems and procedures. You will then transition into a dedicated Despatch role, responsible for accurately QA checking, loading and unloading of packed goods.

Key responsibilities

- Pack and prepare customer orders
- Check orders and documentation for accuracy
- Utilise software to book customer orders for collection and delivery
- Contact customers via phone/email
- Operate forklifts and overhead cranes
- Maintain accurate despatch records/invoicing
- Follow strict safety and warehouse procedures

About you

- Reliable, organised and safety-focused
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive communication and computer skills
- Physically capable of handling steel products
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Warehouse, despatch or logistics experience preferred but not essential
- Current driver's and forklift licences highly regarded
