Your new role
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will take ownership of paid social activity and play a key role in the delivery of broader digital marketing initiatives. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will develop and execute campaigns designed to drive quality leads, improve conversion outcomes and support business objectives.
You will manage campaign planning, implementation, optimisation and reporting, using performance insights to continuously improve results. Alongside paid social, you will contribute to paid search initiatives, support SEO activities and identify opportunities across alternative acquisition channels to strengthen marketing performance.
The role will also see you collaborate closely with a range of stakeholders, coordinate campaign approvals, engage with agency partners and provide insights that help shape future marketing activity.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience managing paid social campaigns and digital marketing activity
- Strong understanding of lead generation and customer acquisition strategies
- Experience analysing campaign performance and using data to improve outcomes
- Knowledge of paid search, SEO and broader digital marketing channels
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with external agencies and marketing partners
- Relevant qualifications in marketing or a related discipline
