- SEO is changing fast - and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who wants to be part of what comes next. Fastrack Digital is looking for someone with 2+ years’ SEO experience to take day-to-day ownership of

SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) across our client portfolio.

You’ll work across traditional SEO while helping clients improve how they are discovered, cited and recommended across AI platforms including ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Gemini. You’ll also use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT across research, analysis, content optimisation and reporting.

What you’ll do

- Manage and implement SEO and GEO strategies across client accounts
- Conduct keyword, competitor, technical and content research
- Optimise website content, metadata, internal linking and site structure
- Identify and implement technical SEO improvements
- Develop GEO initiatives including FAQs, answer-first content, schema and entity optimisation
- Monitor SEO performance, AI visibility, conversions and revenue
- Prepare client reporting, insights and recommendations
- Communicate directly with clients and attend key client meetings
- Contribute SEO/GEO expertise to proposals, webinars and agency content
- Assist with broader digital marketing projects when required

About you
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- Good understanding of technical, on-page and off-page SEO
- Experience with SEMrush, GA4,



Google Search Console and other SEO tools
- Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT
- Strong analytical, communication and writing skills
- Curious about AI and the future of search
- Agency experience is an advantage, but not essential

You don’t need to already be a GEO or AI expert. We’re looking for strong SEO foundations, curiosity and someone keen to develop their skills in this rapidly growing area.
