About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Associate Manager to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role will play a critical part in delivering a major digital transformation program across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the implementation and delivery of a current website and connected digital ecosystem, working closely with internal stakeholders and external delivery partners to ensure successful execution of key business priorities.

About the Role:

- Lead the delivery of a new APAC website and associated digital platforms within a defined timeframe.
- Manage the implementation and integration of multiple digital systems and platforms across the digital ecosystem.
- Coordinate and influence external agencies, vendors, and delivery partners to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Act as the internal subject matter expert throughout the delivery lifecycle, providing direction and challenge where required.
- Collaborate with business, IT, marketing, and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.




- Ensure digital solutions align with established business requirements, strategy, and technical architecture.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

- Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale website implementations and digital transformation projects.
- Strong experience managing systems integration and connecting digital platforms across complex environments.
- Proven capability delivering digital technologies such as websites, marketing technology platforms, customer experience platforms, or related digital ecosystems.
- Experience managing and directing third-party agencies, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, martech stacks, and the interdependencies between digital platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes across cross-functional teams.
- A hands-on, delivery-focused approach with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
