Lead the delivery of significant digital transformation projects already underway within an Australian pharmaceutical manufacturing business.

IDT Australia is seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Lead to join our business for a 12-month fixed-term engagement and take ownership of a portfolio of digital transformation initiatives.

This is not a role starting with a blank page.

We have several significant digital projects already underway and are looking for someone who can quickly understand where we are, bring the projects together, establish clear priorities and governance, and work with our internal subject matter experts and technology partners to drive successful delivery.

This is a hands-on transformation role for someone who enjoys getting close to the work, bringing people together, removing barriers and turning plans into practical outcomes.

What you'll lead A key focus will be the continued implementation and adoption of our ACE digital platform, incorporating:

- Electronic Quality Management System (eQMS)
- Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Learning Management System (LMS)
- Document Management System (DMS)

You will also take ownership of the continued development and staged implementation of our Production Execution System (PES), including electronic batch records and integrated digital manufacturing workflows across Operations.

Working closely with project sponsors, SMEs, system owners and external technology partners, you will:

- Bring our digital initiatives together into a clear and achievable transformation roadmap.
- Establish practical project governance, milestones, priorities and accountabilities.
- Drive projects through configuration, testing,



validation, implementation, user readiness and adoption.
- Coordinate internal SMEs, vendors and project resources to keep deliverables moving.
- Identify and resolve barriers, competing priorities, risks and dependencies.
- Partner with Quality and Validation to ensure digital systems meet applicable GMP, data integrity and validation requirements.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and change activities to build buy-in, shared ownership and adoption.
- Ensure systems transition successfully into operational use with clear ownership, documentation and support arrangements.
- Build internal capability and leave a sustainable framework for continued digital improvement.

About you

We are looking for an experienced digital transformation or program/project professional who has successfully delivered complex technology-enabled business change.

You will ideally bring:

- Demonstrated experience delivering significant digital transformation, enterprise systems or technology-enabled business improvement projects.
- Solid program/project management capability and a practical, hands-on approach to delivery.
- Experience working across multiple functions and influencing stakeholders who do not directly report to you.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and change-management capability, with the confidence to challenge constructively and keep projects moving.




- Experience taking systems through requirements, design/configuration, testing, implementation and adoption.
- An understanding of business process mapping, continuous improvement and translating operational requirements into practical system solutions.
- Experience working with vendors, implementation partners and internal SMEs.
- Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device or another highly regulated manufacturing environment would be highly regarded.
- Knowledge of GMP/GxP, validated computerised systems, CSV/CSA and data integrity would be a significant advantage.
- Exposure to systems such as eQMS, CMMS, LMS, DMS/eDMS, MES/PES, electronic batch records or ERP platforms would also be highly regarded.
