As our Director, ANZ Operational Transformation, you will be responsible for leading ADP ANZ's transformation agenda, redefining service delivery while preserving the trust, loyalty, and long-standing relationships we have built with our clients.

This role will play a pivotal part in guiding ADP ANZ through the transition from legacy products to next-generation solutions, ensuring service excellence, client confidence, and brand equity remain solid throughout the journey.

You will apply leading practices in GenAI, automation, and transformation to strengthen organisational capability, accelerate innovation, and unlock new ways to delivering value.

Working closely with the General Manager, ANZ & Japan and the Senior Leadership Team, you will build strategic partnerships across the organisation, align diverse stakeholders around a shared transformation vision, and drive large-scale operational change that strengthens client retention, enhances customer outcomes, and supports long-term growth.

This role is based in our Cremorne Head Office. We offer hybrid working (3 days office/2 days remote).

We are seeking an accomplished transformation leader with a strong technology and GenAI background, proven experience delivering large-scale operational change, and the ability to influence at the executive level.
