Happy Health is seeking reliable, committed, and punctual female Disability Support Workers for ongoing shifts in Oakleigh, VIC.
Shifts are available 7 days a week, including inactive sleepovers. Candidates must have flexible availability, particularly for morning shifts and sleepovers on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Please note that we are hiring directly; we do not accept applications from agencies or independent support workers.
To be eligible, you must have experience with personal care (including hoist transfers and continence management) and meet the following requirements:
- AINs, or equivalent, Nursing students (year 2 and above), or Enrolled Nurses
- Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Aged Care
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Fluency in Hindi or Punjabi
