About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you'll support people with intellectual, physical, and psychosocial disabilities to live independently and confidently. No two days are the same, and your work will directly improve someone's quality of life.

Your day may include:

- Providing personalised, person‑centred support
- Assisting with daily living tasks (personal care, meal prep, household routines)
- Supporting community access, social participation, and recreational activities
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records

What You'll Bring

- Strong communication and rapport‑building skills
- Flexibility, reliability, and a commitment to client wellbeing
- Current driver's licence + reliable transport




- Availability for wide-ranging shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- No experience necessary
- NDIS Worker Check required before commencement
- Minimum age of 18 years to be eligible for this position
- Must possess a valid Australian work visa or relevant work authorisation
