About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Drafter to take ownership of our shop drawing process from end to end. This role sits at the centre of our delivery team and is critical to how projects move from concept to manufacture and install. You’ll be obviously involved with anything shop drawing related, setting standards, coordinating resources, and ensuring drawings are accurate, buildable, and issued on time.

What you’ll be responsible for

- Owning and assisting it managing the shop drawing workflow across multiple projects
- Producing and reviewing high-quality shop drawings using CorelDRAW
- Working with a team of inhouse and off shore drawers, taking a lead where you can
- Allocating work, checking outputs, and maintaining drawing consistency and quality
- Working closely with the Pre-Construction team to resolve design intent and buildability




- Collaborating with Project Managers to support project delivery, RFIs, revisions, and approvals
- Acting as the technical point of reference for drafting queries across the business
- Continuously improving drafting processes, standards, and templates

What we’re looking for

- Experience in the Drafting role.
- A knowledge of CorelDRAW
- Experience producing shop drawings for fabrication and construction
- Ability to lead, coordinate, and mentor both onshore and offshore team members
- Strong attention to detail and a practical, build-focused mindset
- Confident communicator who can work across teams and manage priorities
- Experience in signage, construction, manufacturing, or a related industry (highly regarded)
