Title: Cinema Duty Manager (Cinema Employee Level 5)

Position Overview

Become a part of the Event Cinemas Cairns team at our three locations - Cairns Central, Earlville and Smithfield.

About the role Oversee daily operations, uphold operational standards, and pursue best practice

Contribute to cultivating a motivated team culture with emphasis on engagement, performance development and retaining top talent

Track and achieve budgeted sales and other key performance indicators while managing expenses

Actively work across all aspects of the business as part of the wider team (Candybar, Floor Ushering & Duty Management)

Proactively grow and maintain solid networks with all stakeholders including customers, team members, contractors, landlords & the broader EVT network What we offer Work-life balance with flexible rostering (we don't operate 9-5!)

Event management and/or food and beverage experience is advantageous

CPR & First Aid certificate is preferred

RSA certification required (RMLV certification is a plus)

Ability to work across our three locations in Cairns (Central, Earlville & Smithfield)

Flexibility with ability to work a mix of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
