Role Description The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Human Resources Management System (HRMS) Stream Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Australia, responsible for leading the HRMS stream within the university’s ERP environment. This role oversees the design, configuration, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR-related modules and processes, ensuring they align with organizational strategy, regulatory requirements, and best practice.

The Stream

Lead collaborates closely with HR, IT, finance, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, manage system changes, and optimize workflows, data integrity, and reporting. Day-to-day activities include coordinating project tasks, supervising functional and technical team members, managing vendors,



overseeing testing and training, and monitoring system performance and user feedback. The role also contributes to governance, documentation, risk management, and change management to support successful adoption and long-term sustainability of ERP HR solutions.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in leading ERP HRMS streams or similar HR technology implementations, including system design, configuration, and lifecycle management.
- Solid background in human resources processes (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, payroll interface, performance management, workforce planning) and their translation into system workflows.
- Proficiency in business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation within complex organizational environments.
- Experience in project management or program coordination, including planning, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, functional leaders, and external vendors, fostering inclusive and respectful working relationships.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills, with the ability to use HR metrics and reporting to support decision-making.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to facilitate workshops, provide user training, and prepare clear written materials for diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, compliance requirements, and best practice standards related to HR, data privacy, and information security.
