About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Enterprise Solutions Team Leader to join our IT team. This role offers the opportunity to be responsible for leading the delivery, support, maintenance and continuous improvement of UNSW College’s enterprise applications and services.

Your day to day will consist of:

- Lead and manage the Enterprise Solutions team, including day-to-day work coordination, performance support, coaching, capability uplift and team administration.
- Build, sustain and mentor an inclusive, high-performing team that can deliver agreed business, operational and project outcomes.
- Manage relationships with internal business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, partners and suppliers to ensure applications and services are aligned with organisational priorities and agreed service expectations.
- Contribute to IT strategy, planning and prioritisation, ensuring team activities align with UNSW College business priorities, IT strategy, service objectives and project commitments.
- Oversee the delivery, support, maintenance and enhancement of enterprise applications, including both current platforms and future application improvements.
- Collaborate with academic and professional teams to achieve organisational objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Demonstrated experience in managing a high performing team effectively and efficiently with a particular emphasis on skills formation and sustainability.
- Extensive experience in enterprise-class IT application/service design, development, configuration and deployment with a particular focus on Azure integration services.
- Experience in managing enterprise-class student management systems, and teaching & learning solutions in a higher education setting.
- Experience managing stakeholders, vendors and third-party service providers to achieve agreed business and service outcomes.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
