? EOI – Administrative Officer – Business Operations and Programs, NSW Resources The Governance and Operations team of NSW Resources are seeking to recruit an Administrative Officer, to fill a short-term vacancy.
? Full-Time Temporary Assignment available up to: 31 January 2027.
? Clerk 3/4 | Salary ranges from $87,199.00 to $95,482.00+ super & leave loading
? Location: Negotiable
? Open to all ongoing and temporary DPIRD employees
About the Role The Administrative Officer provides day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to the Capability Team, coordinating a broad range of administrative activities to support culture, capability and workforce initiatives across NSW Resources.
Key functions of the role:
- Provides administrative support for training programs, induction sessions, meetings, events and communications.
- Assists with hosting events, including scheduling, preparing promotional materials and supporting presenters and fostering participant engagement.
- Provides administrative support for key initiatives, including the NSW Resources Aboriginal Outcomes Project and PMES Action Plan activities.
- Coordinates bookings,
registrations and communications for the Centralised Training Program, liaising with internal stakeholders and training providers as required.
- Acts as a qualified first point of contact, responding to enquiries and referring matters to the appropriate person when required.
- Supports procurement, compliance, reporting and other administrative processes in accordance with organisational requirements.
- Identifies opportunities to improve administrative processes and contributes to the efficient operation of the team.
