What you’ll be working on

- Commercial projects valued between $5M–$50M across education, hospitality and industrial.
- D&C;, ECI, and traditional tenders
- Structured tender schedules with realistic timeframes
- Full support from senior management and admin staff

Your background

- Trade or tertiary qualification in construction
- Solid experience in hard-dollar commercial estimating
- Strong measurement and analytical skills
- Confident communicator who builds trust with subcontractors
- Consistent employment history and strong references
