Zac’s Outstanding Food is looking for an experienced and reliable Front of House Team Member to join our evening team on a permanent part-time basis.

This is a consistent evening position offering approximately 30 hours per week across 5 nights, generally working 5:00 PM until close (approximately 11:00 PM).

Friday and Saturday night availability is essential.

About the role

As part of our Front of House team, you will help provide friendly and attentive service throughout dinner service. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and seating customers
- Taking dine-in and takeaway orders
- Providing table service
- Serving food and beverages
- Using the POS system and processing payments
- Assisting with bar and beverage service
- Clearing, cleaning and resetting tables
- Maintaining a clean and organised dining area
- Assisting with closing and end-of-night duties
- Working closely with the kitchen and other FOH team members during busy services

About you We’re looking for someone who:

- Has previous hospitality or restaurant experience
- Is confident providing friendly and qualified customer service
- Is reliable,



punctual and committed to a regular roster
- Works well in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Is comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Can confidently communicate with customers and other staff
- Is available to work 5 evenings per week
- Must be available Friday and Saturday nights
- Is available from 5:00 PM until close
- Holds a current NSW RSA, or is willing to obtain one

Hours & Pay

- Approximately 30 hours per week
- 5 evening shifts per week
- Approximately 5:00 PM–11:00 PM
