About the role

Based at our Northern Beaches offices and reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be required to conduct site inspections, attend tender meetings, prepare cost estimates, quotations and tender packages on projects ranging from $10,000 - $4 Million.

About you

- A broad understanding of conventional residential construction principles and requirements of the BCA/NCC
- A solid understanding of concrete spalling, masonry and waterproofing repairs specific to class 2 buildings would be desirable
- Basic computer literacy in Excel, Word and Adobe is essential along with solid numeracy and literacy skills
- Experience using proprietary Estimating and/or Project Management software would be advantageous




- Experience within the Class 2 remedial construction industry in either a similar capacity or hands on site experience with a desire to transition into the office workplace

- Well organised and possess a willingness to learn
- An ability to talk confidently with clients, consultants and suppliers
- A current NSW Class C Drivers Licence is essential
- A tertiary or trade qualification relevant to the construction industry will be looked upon favourably

- Lesser experienced applicants with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
