This strategic position will shape the direction of our people, culture, workforce and safety functions across the organisation, playing a key part in Blue Sky's continued growth and impact across the communities we serve.

We're looking for a highly experienced, values-driven People & Culture leader with a passion for building organisational capability,



fostering an inclusive and positive workplace culture, and driving best-practice workforce and WHS outcomes. As a member of our Executive Leadership Team, you'll help ensure Blue Sky remains an employer of choice, supporting our leaders and teams to thrive while advancing our mission and values.
