Executive Support – Office of the General Manager National Service Delivery

Permanent, fulltime position available!

Te Haeata/The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to provide high-level executive support to two Group Managers, helping them navigate competing priorities and keep their busy offices running smoothly. You'll manage sensitive information, coordinate diaries, meetings and travel, and build trusted relationships across the Ministry, justice sector and wider government. You'll be a key point of connection for both GMs and their teams.

In This Role You Will

- Provide high-level executive support to two Group Managers.
- Manage diaries, correspondence, meetings and travel.
- Coordinate information and briefings for senior leaders.
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
- Build trusted relationships across the Ministry and justice sector.

- Bring executive or senior-level support experience.
- Manage competing priorities with sound judgement.

- Bring strong Microsoft Office and administrative skills.

Utu ā-tau/Salary The remuneration band for this role is $60,729 to $80,794 – while the appointing salary will be based on skills and experience, we are willing to pay higher in the band to attract strong candidates into this role.
