We're expanding heavily into commercial cleaning across the Sunshine Coast and we're looking for exceptional cleaners who want more than just another cleaning job.

We're looking for people who can help us build the standard.

People who walk into a building and automatically notice:

The fingerprints on the glass.

The dust along the skirting.

The bathroom that technically looks "clean" — but isn't Saltys clean.

We're building a team to service commercial clients across:

- Offices
- Retail
- Medical and professional premises
- Hospitality venues
- Strata and body corporate properties
- Commercial facilities

From Noosa to Caloundra and throughout the Sunshine Coast. We're particularly interested in hearing from:

- Experienced commercial cleaners
- Experienced residential cleaners wanting commercial work
- Cleaners looking for additional regular hours
- Experienced cleaners capable of working independently
- Potential Team Leaders
- Cleaning supervisors
- High-performing cleaners who want to progress as Saltys grows

Hours: Variable based on contracts, availability and role. WHAT GREAT LOOKS LIKE AT SALTYS

You arrive when you say you'll arrive.

YOU'LL NEED

- Solid reliability
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional presentation
- Good communication
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to follow systems, scopes and checklists
- A positive, solution-focused attitude
- Ability to meet police/background screening requirements
- Valid Australian working rights

Driver's licence and reliable vehicle required. Previous professional cleaning experience will be highly regarded, particularly commercial, office, hospitality, medical, strata or facility cleaning experience.
