The Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our team. If you love engaging with people, thrive in a fast-paced café environment, and appreciate the charm of a honey-themed venue, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanour.
- Take orders and ensure accurate communication with the kitchen team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and the cozy ambiance of the café.




- Offer insights into the local area and enhance guests' tourism experiences.
- Provide assistance with bar services, including alcoholic beverages, adhering to RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) requirements where applicable.

About You:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a can-do attitude and a passion for great service.
- Experience in bar services and a Victorian RSA certification is highly regarded.
- Prior hospitality or tourism experience is a plus, but we are happy to train motivated candidates.
- An interest in the honey and bee theme adds an extra buzz to your role!
